To avoid a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service, we kindly request you provide at least a 48-hour notice for all custom colors, extensions and smoothing treatments if you need to cancel or reschedule. Haircuts & Styles require a 24-hour notice. 100% of the service is charged for no-call or no-show appointments.
